Expancel® Microspheres
Lightweight filler and blowing agent in one
A small thermoplastic sphere with encapsulated gas that expand with heat, greatly increasing volume without significant weight gain and without chemical reactions or VOC emissions during expansion. It can be used as a blowing agent in matrices like binders, polymers, and substrates or as a lightweight filler with low density to cut manufacturing costs, reduce weight, and create attractive various surface textures.
Ecoflex foams - Ecomate®

This uniquely tighter hysteresis curve imparts incredible compression fatigue and compression set resistance properties at a substantially lower resiliency. Ideal for applications requiring: compression fatigue resistance / set resistance, vibration damping, impact absorption, without hysteresis loss and firmness with comfort.
