The third annual Foam Expo North America welcomed thousands of industry players to the three-day exhibition and conference in March this year. Below you can find all the facts and figures!
355 EXHIBITORS | 5,224 ATTENDEES | 10,563 LEADS GENERATED | 45 COUNTRIES REPRESENTED
- The show floor was buzzing as 355 exhibitors displayed the very latest products and technologies covering the entire industry supply chain, from raw materials and chemicals, to fabricating, converting, testing and recycling. Some of the biggest names in the industry presented their products including Recticel, Edge Sweets, Sealed Air, Avery Dennison, Manufacturers Supplies Company, MacTac and hundreds more.
- This year’s show saw the return of the highly interactive two-track conference, which featured a wide range of manufacturing and application presentations from speakers including Siemens, Boeing, Covestro, Ford, JSP and more. The conference kicked off with the ‘Leadership Panel’, where delegates heard Lear, Armacell and General Plastics get stuck into topics including emerging markets and the wonderful world of additive manufacturing.
- The demos in the Product Showcase brought to life the very latest innovations, solutions and developments in foam materials and manufacturing technologies. Highlights included Runi’s SK200 screw compactor for densifying expanded polystyrene waste, a range of HyPUR-cel polyurethane foams from Rubberlite, and Magnum’s A-600 double-coasted permanent acrylic adhesive tape.
- Key industry players from 3M, Adient, Amazon, BASF, Bose, Bridgestone, Brooks Sports, Dart Container, Faurecia, Ford, General Motors, Goodyear, Honda, Toyota, Lockheed Martin, Nike, Nissan, Under Armour, Whirlpool, Wilson and thousands more were in attandance
